A:Mostly Standard parts we have stock.Items will be shipped within 3-5 business day once the payment confirmed.

A:Delivery time depends on the destination and other factors. Normally 3-7 days to USA.

Q5:MOQ(minimum order quantity)

A:Our MOQ is usually 1 piece .But some products have a required MOQ.

If we sent wrong or defective items, you can ask exchange for the right items or refund. The shipping cost and customs duties will be paid by us. If refund, we will refund the item price. Pls note that shipping cost and handling fee cannot be refunded.

If there is a damage during the delivery, please make sure you take photos of broken items, and ask for compensation from carrier. We will help you to solve this out, and may resend you new items asap.

Pls make sure that all returned items must be unused and include all components as we sent. Return is not acceptable if the items already used, damaged or with missing components.
